I passed a horrifying wreck on the interstate. We were silent for about 5 minutes as the reality of mortality set into our thought process. I nervously checked my seat belt about ten times. I felt an almost instant remorse for complaining about the traffic that that built up and reduced us to a speed of about 4 mph. Someone lost their life. We said a silent prayer and then did what most humans do so easily, resumed our individual journeys through life.

Vagabonded Travesty
